Loved staying in the shepherds hut. It was cosy and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed for a lovely stay. David was very helpful and warmly greeted us on arrival. Was perfect location as we were attending a wedding at Southend barns which was only a 4 min drive away. Would stay again.

A beautiful escape!! The Shepard’s hut was simply divine and set in the most wonderful secluded location. The bed was super comfy with luxury bedding and the hut is kitted out with absolutely everything you need which made the stay a lot easier. We had a little BBQ whilst there and David was on hand when I couldn’t get it going! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back to escape from city life for a few nights of peace and calm.

Lovely little shepherd huts - nice and tucked away in their own little field. Really well equipped with BBQ, fire pit and even better - cards! Would definitely stay again - 100% recommend!

The hut was spotless and very warm and cosy. Had everything you'd need and the bed was very comfy. We had two lovely dinners out, one at the crown and anchor and one at the crab and lobster. Both I would highly recommend. If you can get to the crown and anchor for sunset!

Loved my stay. The hut was very cosy and the bed extremely comfortable. The outside space was perfectly wild but well thought out. The wifi was great and I managed to work outside next to the outdoor fire which was lovely. A great spot to come with friends and have all 3 huts.

We loved our stay in the Birch! It was so lovely and cosy. The hut had everything you could think of & it was great to have the hob and fridge etc so we could make breakfast in the morning :) the welcome guide had lots of great recommendations of things to do & places to eat. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway, just wish we had booked a longer stay! Thank you so much!

We had the best time in our Shepherd’s Hut. It was clean and perfectly furnished for our weekend stay. Debbie even put a parasol up for us on our first afternoon to help with the heat! Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back

Had a lovely two night stay at one of the shepherds huts. There were three huts in the field/meadow and we were the only ones there at the time. Lots of peace and quiet. Excellently thought out and fitted hut and very comfortable. Hosts David and Debbie were very helpful and checked we were ok for everything. We sat out by the fire pit both nights and watched the sun go down. Would recommend.
